FAQ's For Schools
Q. How do I make a photography session booking?
A. The best way is to contact us on the page below as we want to make sure you get the package you want. Once we are sure we have all the details we need, all we then need is a date. Thats it!
Q. Do you link images to our system?
A. Yes. We can obtain a licence for you from SIMS, and even upload the images on to your system for you. ( For Sims and Scholarpack systems.)
Q. Can I see I price list?
A. Of course. Simple get in touch with us and we will send you our average prices. All prices and packs can be tailor made by schools based on demographics.
Q. Is there a fee involved to book you for our school photographs?
A. No. We work on a commission basis, giving money back to the school. We believe it is us that are providing you a service.
Q. Will we receive a CD from you at the end of the day?
A. From all individual portrait bookings, yes. This is generally to the SIMS required size, but other specifications are available.
Q. What are your commission rates?
A. These are changeable from school to school depending on the amount of photography we supply for you. This can be reviewed and discussed at any point.
Q. How quickly will we get this commission back?
A. The commission will be given after a six week period.
Q. Are all your photographers CRB checked.
A. Yes. They are checked to the enhanced level, and are trained to the highest standard.
Q. Can we add staff photographs on the day?
A. Yes of course. Simply ask your photographer on the day, and they will be more than happy to take you staff photo. If you need these to any specific sizes, please let them know on the day.
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. We have public liability insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested.
