Active Photographic retain full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. These photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored in any manner, on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission of Active Photographic.
All members of Active Photographic, adhere to the data protection act 1998. This involves signing up to the IOC on a annual basis.
Some images are printed alongside other images on larger sheets and these will generally be dispatched without being separated. Prints sold with mounts will generally not be placed in their mounts before dispatch (generally one print in each order will be mounted to show correct orientation in the mounts). Other products requiring assembly - such as key rings, fridge magnets, clocks, etc. - may or may not be dispatched pre-assembled.
By ordering online your order will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail within five working days, dependant on the product ordered.
Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, Active Photographic can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.
All photographs supplied by Active Photographic are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Active Photographic cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.
All sizes quoted in inches and are approximate and refer to print sizes. Please click here to see more information on size dimensions.
The return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception whatsoever can be made to this rule as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.
For orders that need to be returned please send to the address below with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order we will refund your credit / debit card in full. We do not offer any refunds for delayed or lost orders.
Cancellation / Edit Order Policy
Due to the speed of our servers and production we do not offer cancellations. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to retract or edit any order.
Active Photographic share your concern about the protection of your personal information and is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This is our policy regarding the privacy of information we collect from the school (to ensure the data required can be carried out), and Parker Franklin Ltd (the "Sites"). Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable individual. When a user places an order the user will be required to provide personal information such as their name and email address, and to provide payment card information (number, type and expiration date), a telephone number and a billing address. Your name and address details will be retained on our database in order for us to deliver your order to you. Your payment card data is only taken by the banking system and it is never received or stored by Active Photographic or Parker Franklin Ltd. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide excellent service to you in respect of the product you purchase.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information
We will not sell, trade or lease the personal information you entrust to us.
Changing or Removing Personal Information
We recognise that some of the information that we may have collected from you will change from time to time. You can change information that you have previously provided to us or request us to remove it from our records by telephoning the Parker Franklin Ltd office on 0207 097 8793
We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
