Q. How do I make a photography session booking?
A. The best way is to contact us here today, as we want to make sure you get the package you want. Once we are sure we have all the details we need, all we then need is a date. That's it!
Q. Do you link images to our system?
A. Yes. We provide the digital images as part of our service on the same day as the photography session. We are a preferred supplier with SIMS, as well as working with all other major school systems; Scholarpack, Progresso, Bromcom, Arbor, Integris.
SIMS users will require a licence from Capita to enable the images to populate your database automatically. Capita do charge for this licence, however, we can obtain a licence for you from SIMS. All we will need are you DFE/ LEA numbers.
Q. Can you obtain a SIMS licence for us?
A. Yes. We are an accredited supplier with Capita, and can directly obtain this licence for you. All we will need are you DFE/ LEA numbers.
Q. How easy is it for us to upload the image database?
A. Very easy. All images are already sized and named ready to be bulk imported. We can guide you on this should you require any further assistance.
Q. Can I see I price list?
A. Of course. Simple get in touch with us and we will send you our average prices. All prices and packs can be tailor made by schools based on demographics.
Q. Is there a fee involved to book you for our school photographs?
A. No. We work on a commission basis, giving money back to the school. We believe it is us that are providing you a service.
Q. Will we receive the images from you at the end of the day?
A. From all individual portrait bookings, yes. These images are generally to the SIMS required size, but other specifications are available. The images are supplied on a USB stick at the end of the day, but can be sent electronically by a password protected and encrypted platform.
Q. Are all your photographers CRB checked.
A. Yes. They are checked to the enhanced level, and are trained to the highest standard.
Q. Can we add staff photographs on the day?
A. Yes of course. Simply ask your photographer on the day, and they will be more than happy to take you staff photo. If you need these to any specific sizes, please let them know on the day.
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. We have public liability insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested. If you require a Deep Impact Assessment, please click here to which you can insert the blanks for your school.
