How do I pre order my photography?

There is no need to pre order any packages now. We believe that you should have the option to change your mind and order what you want when you can physically see the images before you buy.

To help minimise queues and your time at the studio, we highly suggest pre registering your information here

Where are the photography studios?

Photo Studios are on level one in room 33.

When are the studios open?

Foundation graduates can arrive anytime from 8:30am.

All other graduates can arrive from 11:30am.

We highly recommend to come to the studios as early as possible to help minimise queues.

How do I get my gown?

We supply these on the day for the studio photos only. The photographers will have these on the studios who will also make sure you are wearing them correctly.

Are we having a whole group photo?


The foundation group photo is directly after your ceremony.

Diploma graduates will be lining up from 2:00pm for a 2:40pm prompt photo.

Are you taking photos across the stage?

Yes! Not only that, the photos will be available to buy and take away with you immediately after your ceremony.

These will be in the tent where you have your reception drinks.

Is there any other tips you can give me?

1. For those of you wearing high heels...never underestimate plasters or having a space pair of flip fops to save your feet.

2. Come to the studios before your ceremony- it will help with queues and also ensure your make-up and hair look as stunning as possible.

3. Please ask your family to stay seated if they are in-front of the photographer taking award photos.

How do I order my studio images?

On the day you will get a flyer stating the next steps.

Your unique access code will be emailed or text out to you.

Code not working?

Please wait up to 48 hours for your images to be viewable online. Please also ensure that you are entering the number or letter, which are case sensitive.

Call or email us and we will confirm your unique access code. To help, please include your name, your degree, and ceremony time.

We are very careful about our storage and how we store images and data. As such, any images more than a year old may have been backed up on our server using a new code. Please either call or email us with your information and we will soon provide you with a new code.


We aim to dispatch all orders to you within five working days*, which is then delivered second class by Royal Mail. We can track these deliveries. 

*Please note that this timeline may increase to up to 28 working days in peak seasons or issues out of our control.
